GOLDEN AGE OF GARBAGE

Type: Self-initiated art print
Role: Illustration, print design, worldbuilding
Format: A2 giclée artist print

Golden Age of Garbage is a self-initiated illustration built as a junk pile shrine to dead 90s technology & obsolete media that shaped an entire generation.

The piece pulls together old CDs, cassettes, cables, headphones, handhelds and disposable objects into one overloaded lowbrow still life.

It is part nostalgia, part cultural landfill, a love letter to the pre-cloud era, when everything was physical, scratched, chewed-up, and all the better for it.

The illustration was produced as a physical A2 giclée artist print, designed to reward close viewing with hidden details, labels, tiny jokes, and bits of visual debris buried throughout the scene.
